Car Rental Restrictions

• Minimum age — 21 years.
• Minimum driving experience — 2 years.
• The daily mileage limit is 300 km.
• Total mileage is calculated for the entire rental period: for example, 10 days = 10 × 300 = 3000 km.
• Any mileage above the stated limit is charged additionally.
• Excess mileage fee: $10 per 100 km for economy, mid-size and cargo vehicles; $20 for business class; $30 for SUVs; $70 for premium and VIP convertibles such as Range Rover, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Porsche and BMW. Unlimited mileage can also be purchased as an extra service.
• Maximum speed is 60 km/h in populated areas and 130 km/h on highways. If traffic rules are violated, the client pays the fine to the company.
• For one-day rentals, a 1.30 coefficient or higher may be applied. The minimum rental period is two days.
• Cross-border trips outside Ukraine are available on request. Document processing costs $150.

Required Documents

• Passport.
• Tax identification number.
• Driver's license.
• For foreign citizens — national passport and an international driver's license, or a driver's license where the first and last name are written in Latin characters.

Fuel Recommendations

We recommend refueling at official gas stations such as OKKO, WOG and Shell. This helps save money through proper fuel consumption and reduces the risk of breakdowns during the trip.

Payment

• Bank transfer for legal entities according to an invoice with VAT.
• Payment by Visa, MasterCard or Maestro bank card. The USD exchange rate may differ slightly from the official rate.
• Cash payment.

The total amount is calculated individually depending on the rental period.

Payment is made for the entire rental period. If the car is returned earlier, we refund the remaining amount.

Cars are delivered with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter pays only for the missing amount at the average market price. If the car is returned dirty, only the car wash cost is charged.

The rental price does not include fuel, paid parking or fines.

Rental Rules

While driving a rental vehicle, strict compliance with traffic rules is required for maximum client safety.

The company guarantees car delivery only for the pre-booked time. Extension of an active rental is considered individually.

The renter is responsible for the condition of the interior and vehicle equipment during the rental period. In case of damage or theft, the client's liability is limited to the deposit amount specified in the rental agreement.

In case of a malfunction or accident, the company will provide a similar-class vehicle whenever possible. If the car is outside the city, resolution time may vary.

The company is not responsible for traffic jams, road conditions, actions of authorities or unexpected situations along the route.

Deposit

When signing the agreement, the client pays a deposit for the vehicle. It can be paid in cash or blocked on a bank card through pre-authorization.

The deposit is returned on the day the car is returned to LuxServis, provided the agreement terms are fulfilled. The deposit amount may vary depending on the selected car class.

Insurance and Liability

All LuxServis vehicles are insured against damage or theft under CASCO terms and mandatory civil liability insurance for vehicle owners.

If the car is damaged, it is important to properly and promptly complete all required documents.
