Car rental restrictions
- Minimum age – 22 years.
- Minimum driving experience – 2 years.
- When renting a car, the daily mileage limit is 300 km
- The total mileage of the car is calculated for the entire rental period (for example, 10 days =10*300=3000 km).
- Increasing the specified limit is subject to additional charges.
- If the daily mileage is exceeded, a fee in the amount of $10 for every 100 km for economy, medium and cargo class cars, $20 for business class cars and $30 SUVs, $70 for premium and VIP convertibles Range Rover, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Porsche, BMW. It is also possible to pay for the service - unlimited mileage.
- The maximum permitted speed in populated areas is 60 km/h, on highways - 130 km/h. In case of speeding and violation of traffic rules, the client pays a fine to the Company.
- For a one-day car rental, a coefficient of 1.30 is applied to the rate (i.e., the price will be 30% higher than the standard price list) or higher than the standard rate. The minimum period for renting a car is two days (from the moment the car is issued).
- Travel outside Ukraine - on request. Registration of documents- 100$.
Documents to be provided
- Passport.
- Identification code.
- Driver's license.
- For foreign citizens - national passport, international or driver’s license in which the first and last name are indicated in Latin.
Which fuel is more profitable to use?
All clients are interested in the issue of saving money when using fuel in the car. Where is the best place to refuel the car?
We recommend refueling your car at official gas stations OKKO, WOG, Shell, Socar you will save your finances through fuel consumption and avoid car breakdowns while traveling.
Payment
- Cashless payment for legal entities according to the issued invoice with VAT.
- Using a credit bank plastic card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), the dollar exchange rate may differ slightly from the official one.
- Cash.
The payment amount is calculated individually, depending on the rental period of the car.
Payment is made in advance for the entire rental period. However, if you return the car earlier, we will return the remaining money to you!
Cars are delivered with a full tank. When returning a car with an incomplete tank, the renter will only pay the cost of the missing amount of gasoline at the average market price. If you return a car in a dirty condition, you will only pay the cost of washing at the average market price. There are no car rental logos or inscriptions on the cars.
Another important factor in favor of renting a car is that if the car you rented gets into an accident, then you have nothing to worry about. All our company's cars are fully insured.
The cost of renting a car does not include the cost of gasoline, paid parking, and fines.
Please note that when you rent a car from our company, you can always be sure that the car will be delivered to you at the specified place and within the specified time frame!
With us you can rent a car either without a driver or with a driver. Payment for car rental with driver is hourly. The minimum rental period is 3 hours and 1 hour is considered as car delivery.
The "Transfer Boryspil-Kyiv" service (from the Airport) involves 2 hours of service, then an hourly rate applies.
The "Airport-Airport" service involves 3 hours of service, then an hourly rate applies.
Car rental rules
When driving a rented vehicle, strict adherence to traffic rules is mandatory in order to ensure maximum client safety.
Our company guarantees the provision of a car only for a pre-booked time. The case of order extension during the current rental is considered individually.
The lessee is responsible for the safety of the interior and equipment of the car during its rental. The client's liability in cases of damage or theft of the rented vehicle is limited to the amount of the deposit specified in the rental agreement.
In the event of a breakdown or accident, if unforeseen situations arise, in the shortest possible time, within 4 hours, you willa car of a similar class will be provided. The forced delay time will be deducted from the time of your order. However, if the car is located outside the city, the time for resolving the issue may change; the company is not responsible for delay, material and moral damage associated with the consequences.
The company cannot be held responsible for road congestion, traffic jams, actions of traffic police officers and emergency situations on the road along the vehicle’s route.
The company is not responsible for items left inside the car. All discovered forgotten items are immediately transferred to the office.
Deposit
Together with the payment when signing the contract, the client makes a deposit (deposit) for the car. You can pay it in cash or block it on a bank card; in Ukraine this operation is called (re-authorization). The deposit amount is returned on the day the car is returned to LUXSERVIS, if the terms of the contract are met. The deposit may vary depending on the selected car class.
Insurance and limitation of liability
All LUXSERVIS cars are insured against damage or theft under the terms of Casco and the terms of compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of land vehicles (OSAGO).
But it is important to remember that if your car is damaged, you need to fill out the documents correctly and in a timely manner.
