The car rental service in Kyiv is so popular that in many cases it already turns out to be indispensable. Moreover, renting a car today is no more difficult than ordering equipment from an online store. However, there are still some nuances and peculiarities here. They concern:

  • what kind of car can be rented;
  • under what conditions the service is provided;
  • terms of use.

Knowing all these points, renting a car from LuxServis will not cause any difficulties or unnecessary questions.

Who can rent a car and how?

Any citizen of Ukraine or a foreign country who is over 21 years old can rent a car. The only additional restriction is that driving experience must be at least two years. This is necessary so that we can be sure that the driver will be someone with experience in safe driving.

The rental procedure is quite simple - you can call the company or send a request by e-mail, where you need to indicate the period for which you need the car, its delivery address and contact information. By doing so, you reserve a vehicle. The reservation also needs to be confirmed, for which you need to send photos of documents:

  • passports;
  • identification code;
  • driver's license of the appropriate category.

This is followed by the rental registration stage.

What kind of car can I take?

The LuxServis company has a large fleet of vehicles, which are divided into six main classes:

  • economy;
  • average;
  • business;
  • SUVs;
  • minibuses;
  • commercial.

In each of the classes there is enough choice so that you can take exactly the model that suits you best. It should also be noted that the cost of the service depends on the category and model of transport.

Terms of use

When driving, the tenant undertakes to strictly follow traffic rules to ensure his safety and the safety of his property. This is important because he is responsible for the car. In populated areas, driving at a speed of 60 km/h is allowed, on highways – up to 130 km/h.

If while driving the client violates traffic rules or exceeds the speed limit, he must pay the company the received fine in full. If during the rental the car is damaged or stolen, the lessee compensates for the damage in full, but not more than the amount of the deposit.

The rental price does not include payment for spent fuel and paid parking. Also, when returning a dirty car, you will need to pay the cost of washing, which is calculated at average prices.

If a client uses our car and gets into an accident, he must immediately notify the company and call the police. In case of breakdowns and other emergency situations, the tenant has the right to replace the vehicle with a similar one within 4 hours within Kyiv, and longer if it is located outside of it.
